A complete process capability, under ERP and MES control that runs the whole length of it.

Overview

Overview

The Nanning plant carries a complete process capability — injection moulding, SMT, DIP, assembly, test and packing — and every step of it can be done in-house, with no dependence on outside subcontracting. Production runs under ERP and an MES system developed in-house: every works order and every quality gate is recorded and traceable in the system, so product performance is checked unit by unit rather than sampled. The company is recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise with a Guangxi Digital Workshop, and holds more than thirty patents and software copyrights.

ERP and MES across the whole line · no operation passes to the next until its result is logged

Development, pilot build and volume delivery close into one loop: tooling and plastic parts, board assembly, final assembly, functional and burn-in test, and packing all happen on the same site. Nothing passes through an outside works between steps, which is why lead time and quality stay in the company's own hands.

The workshop is held at constant temperature and humidity, and every quality gate is in the MES and traceable — any unit can be followed by serial number back through every operation and every check it was given.

ERP & MES

ERP and MES across the whole process

Every works order and every quality gate, in the system

ERP and MES run through every works order. Materials, operations, machine parameters and inspection results are recorded stage by stage, so any unit can be traced by serial number back through every operation it passed and every check it was given.

The MES was developed in-house and has grown with the processes on the line. The difference from buying a general-purpose system and working around it is that the control points sit where the process actually needs them.

Works orders and traceability

Works order configuration, process routing and every quality gate are held in the MES, and product is traceable by serial number.

Test development

Hardware, software, microcontroller and database capability in-house, with test schemes and test software written and maintained by the company itself.

Those figures come from the system rather than from sampling: the quality gates are written into the process routing in the MES. After-sales has its own process and records, and return data goes back into process and design.

Intellectual property and recognition

More than thirty patents and software copyrights

The company holds more than thirty patents and software copyrights, most of them originally granted from its own development work, and concentrated in two areas: the manufacturing and test software that drives the line, and test fixtures designed around the company's own processes. It is recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise with a Guangxi Digital Workshop.
